3 years warranty

Laban writing instruments are unquestionably guaranteed against mechanical failures due to faulty materials or workmanship. Please keep your authorized warranty card.

Free repair or replace

Should any imperfection in workmanship or material appear for 3 years after the date of purchase, Laban will repair or replace, at its discretion, the parts of items free of charge, when returned to any of the Laban, authorized agents, or dealers in the world.

What voids the warranty?

Defects and damage caused by user’s accidents, improper usage or maintenance, unauthorized sale/purchasing of pen parts, or unreasonable or inconsistent with Laban’s instruction are not covered by this warranty.

What is excluded from the warranty?

Lead, erasers, and ink refills...which are exhausted in the course of normal and daily use, are excluded from our warranty.
