REPLACEMENT NIB SERVICE

If the nib of your Laban fountain pen is damaged or needs replacement, we offer individual nib retail service. Please get in touch with our customer service email at sales@laban.com and provide the following:

1. Warranty card
2. Photos/videos of the current condition of the fountain pen

We will assess our factory's parts inventory and provide you with a suitable replacement nib. The retail price for each replacement nib is USD$ 20/each. This price does not include the shipping cost via FedEx/DHL from Taiwan to the designated delivery address.
