  • Return/ How do I make a claim?

    Please email our support team with your order details and a description of the fault or damage. Including photographs of any fault helps a lot in speeding up claims.

  • What are my payment options?

    We happily accept MasterCard, Visa or PayPal. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment in full from you.

  • How much do I have to pay for custom taxes or duty taxes for my international shipment?

    Our company tries to limit the burden of such taxes or fees to our international customers. However, we cannot guarantee that every international shipment will be free of any local taxes or fees that the government might impose. Any customs taxes that might be paid are not included in the shipping costs.

  • I made a mistake on my address and the package has already shipped. Can I change the address to re-direct the package to the correct address?

    LABAN is not responsible for checking every address to make sure the package is shipping to the correct recipient., so it is strongly advised that you double-check your information before submitting it and contact us as soon as you realize there is a mistake. Once the package has left our facility, we cannot change its destination until it is returned back to us. If the package was successfully delivered to an incorrect address, we are not responsible for retrieving the package.

  • When will my credit card be charged?

    After your payment has been submitted, your credit card is charged the purchase amount, plus any escrow and or shipping fees you have agreed to pay, on the same or following business day.

  • Can I add items to my order after I have hit the place order/confirmation button?

    If you want to add an item to your order please email our support team within 24hrs of your purchase and we’ll do what we can to adjust things.

  • What if my order doesn’t arrive?

    If your order doesn’t arrive within the maximum estimated timeframe we’ll send out a replacement using express shipping wherever it’s available. Simply email our support team with your order details.

  • Can I place an order to be shipped to multiple addresses?

    Currently, every order is shipped to a single destination address only. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you will need to place multiple orders.
